At Heirloom Naga Centre, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund terms are designed to provide clarity while supporting smooth operations. Please review the policy below before booking rooms at the Guesthouse or confirming experiences such as the Craft Tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If cancelled 0–3 days before arrival: No refund.

• If cancelled 3–7 days before arrival: 50% refund.

• If cancelled more than 7 days before arrival: Full refund.

Please note: During peak season, a 100% cancellation charge may apply.

REFUND POLICY:

All refunds will be sent back from our side within 7 working days.

PAYMENT:

Reservation charges are prepaid, and your credit card is charged at the time of booking. Online card payments are secure, and a non-refundable service fee is applied. Cancellation also incurs this fee.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

Booking confirmation will be sent by email within 12 business hours of your reservation.

NON-AVAILABILITY:

If a booking cannot be honored due to non-availability, cancellation will result in a full refund.
